THE FACT ABOUT EXCHANGE CERTIFICATE THAT NO ONE IS SUGGESTING

I renewed our SSL certificate for Exchange but now Outlook is not going to link on any Windows XP equipment. It asks with the username and password and even though the correct credentials are entered it just asks for them once again repeatedly as When they are incorrect.
